GoPro Enterprise well received

GoPro Enterprise with the Self Service portal extension, which was introduced last year by GoPro, has been well received.   Both private and public organizations have selected GoPro Enterprise to extend their service to their customers or citizens.

Among those that have updated to the new version is Rinkobing-Skern Municipality in Denmark, as well as Gardabaer and Reykjanesbaer Municipalities in Iceland.   They are very pleased to be able to offer online service, Ringkobing-Skern serving 60.000 citizens, and the Municipality of Gardabaer and Reykjanesbaer 30.000 citizens.

The Self Service extension to the GoPro process, document and case management solution deployed at those local communities gives them a one-stop 24-hour service portal for information, services and participation. Information provided by residents not only enhances their user experience, but also allows municipal workers to deliver targeted services and information.
