Case management
Manage and control your cases/projects. You can register cases, define responsibilities, deadlines and instructions. Documents, letters, faxes, e-mails, comments, etc., can be connected to each case easily with tight integration with IBM Lotus Notes. Documents can be subscribed to and put through structured review cycles. Standard documents can be defined as templates, prepopulated with information about the case and edited in IBM Lotus Symphony. At the administrative level, standard types of cases can be defined with certain phases assigned to them, ensuring the application of a consistent workflow mechanism.

Document management
Have all your correspondence at your fingertips including e-mail, letters, faxes, internal memos, reminders, notes, etc. Documents can be put under version control and file plan/journal keys assigned to documents. GoPro can be integrated with a third-party EDRM system for electronic archiving purposes.

Contact management
GoPro provides you with an excellent overview and breakdown of clients, customers, companies, and organizations. Information on location, telephone-numbers, fax numbers, e-mail and other relevant information can be registered for each contact person. This information can then be included in cases, used in document headers, contract templates etc. GoPro also allows you to set up an integrated web portal for 24 hours service availability and a closer relationship with your clients.

Platform
