Documents can be subscribed to and put through structured review cycles. Standard documents can be defined as templates, prepopulated with information about the case and edited in IBM Lotus Symphony. Document management

Information on location, telephone-numbers, fax numbers, e-mail and other relevant information can be registered for each contact person.
